The factory has ISO 22000: 2005, HALAL certificate. The company's main goal is to provide natural honey products obtained from wild flowers and pine trees from Eastern and South-eastern regions of Turkey. The company offers different types of bee honey products such as pine honey, multi flora honey and chestnut honey. The company obtains the high quality raw honey from the beekeepers safely, filters and packages meticulously by using modern and scientific processing methods with cutting edge technology in the processing plant. All the finished products are subjected to quality control tests by 65 different analysis methods.
- Specific area of activity of the partner: The business partners sought are preferably distributors, wholesalers or trade intermediaries who are experienced in the local food markets. Expressions of interest from all EEN partner counties are welcome however priority will be given to companies providing services for China, South Korea and Japan.
The partners are expected to have established record of business in their regions and provide sufficient marketing and distribution services.
The company is also open to OEM manufacturing agreements if the business partner requires packaging and marketing with its own brand.
Pine honey is unique to the Anatolian region of Turkey and Greece.
The daily production capacity can reach up to 10 tons/day.
The packaging sizes range from 20 gram in plastic tubes to 20 kg in plastic buckets.
The company's own quality control lab can perform the following analyses: moisture content, free acidity, sucrose, fructose & glucose, HMF (Hydroxymethylfurfural), pH, C 4/ sugar analysis, naphthalene & proline analysis, patogen testing etc.
