ABSTRACT

The Ukrainian glass producer specialized in handcrafted, custom-made wine-decanters, gin/whisky bottles and beer glasses is seeking manufacturing agreements. They are very interested in manufacturing for companies that are processing beverages or are selling bottle figurines for special occasions, such as wine-tastings or birthdays.

The SME located in the North of Ukraine specialised in the production of glass tare, is looking for new partners abroad under manufacturing agreement. The company, which has 18 years of experience in this field, offers more than 50 references of articles in different shapes, capacities (100 ml to 3000 ml). Among these items are:
- wine decanter;
- decorated bottles;
- glasses/mug;
- colored bottles;
- bottles for home winemaking;
- bottles for strong drinks.

The SME maintains and develops the traditions of winemaking. Production: glass as a raw material melts for 8 hours in the glass furnace at a temperature of approximately 1.300 "C" until it becomes a "liquid mass". As soon as the glass has melted, a mixture of products is added until the desired colour is obtained. By using the "blowing technique" the master glassblower takes out from the furnace a "gob" with an empy blowing iron and then creating the shape with the special tools.

Hand-crafting design enables the glass-making team to insert a required brand or logo into the glass. Naturally, this means that custom design is also available which can be glasses or decanters for weddings, birthdays or wine/drink-tasting festivals. After having been used, the glasses/mugs and decanters do not get obsolete as they can be either washed by hand and used again or a great decoration for the interior of a room.

The company is looking for producers of wine or bottled water, mineral water or juice producers, HoReCa who are interested in purchasing high-quality glass products under manufacturing agreement.
