The virtual chatbot is a financial assistant for entrepreneurs, whose task is to search for financial offers available on the market and adjust the offer to the needs of the company. It's work is based on the bot of artificial intelligence.The technological heart called Humanized searches for offers and negotiates rates with financial institutions. At the first stage, the artificial intelligence is responsible for starting the conversation, recognizing the need, answering the most frequently asked questions, collecting data for the application, etc. (by messenger or lifechat). At the second stage, Hummanized algorithms send a query to financial institutions, and after obtaining it, they give the client the offered values (offer) on a given day. Each time the system sends a personalized inquiry to financial institutions. The chatbot has an additional module, thanks to which an entrepreneur can return to the conversation at any time (even after a long time) and continue the conversation. Additionally, the entrepreneur (on request) can be switched to a consultant, who helps to answer questions about e.g. formalities or those requiring a lot of detail. It is currently the only intelligent service of this kind on the Polish market offering assistance to entrepreneurs and educating them. The bot talks to businesses through social media communicators, as well as independently of them, i.e. through a website with lifechat, soon through an application on smartphones. The service is fast, available 24/7, mobile, safe and free of charge.
