The company is able to offer both products and research and development services in the fields of life sciences, micro-optics and anti-counterfeiting.
Within the life sciences, nanostructured substrates for cell cultures, microfluidic devices and electrochemical nanoelectrodes are proposed. Microlenses, anti-glare films and light diffusers are included in the micro-optics.
The company has developed proprietary software for the design of nanostructures to be used in the field of anti-counterfeiting using holographic and interaction effects with light.
The products are made with micro and nanofabrication techniques in a clean room. The proprietary nanoimprinting technology is used for small to large scale production of nanostructured products in polymeric material, glass, silicon and metals.
The micro and nanostructuring allows to increase the surface of the product, to accentuate properties such as hydrophobicity, anti-fog or anti-reflection. Micro-structured devices allow the use of small quantities of fluids and materials such as microfluidics and electrochemical nanoelectrodes. Microoptics make light diffusion devices more efficient and miniaturized.
The company's products include nanoimprinting molds made of silicon, glass, thermoplastic polymers and PDMS. The molds can be used by the customer for nanoimprinting processes within their own laboratory.
The company offers products to research institutes and companies that need the development of prototypes, an R&D service or the supply of micro and nanostructured products., under the frame of manufacturing agreements.
