The UK company has designed and launched a digital health and wellbeing platform that encourages both individuals directly or via their employers to incorporate physical, mental and financial wellbeing activities into their day. It is now seeking partners in other countries under either a licensing agreement or commercial agreement with technical assistance
The UK company has identified that there is a gap in the market for companies that as a result of Covid-19 recognise the importance of looking after their employees mental, financial and physical wellbeing.
It has developed a unique platform which provides a solution for all sizes and types of companies to provide wellbeing support for employees or to individuals directly.
The platform has been designed to be easy to use and to provide solutions to questions that individuals may have about their health and wellbeing no matter what stage in the life cycle they may be at.
The company have set up seven subject areas initially but would consider introducing further if it fitted the needs of prospective partner.
The videos which the company have recorded themselves are in English but will be translated into local languages of the country in which the partner is based. The company would also consider working collaboratively with partners to develop further video units if required.
The company are now looking to offer this technology to partners in overseas markets either under a licensing agreement where it would licence out its technology to partners or commercial agreement with technical assistance where the company would provide technical support
- Specific area of activity of the partner: Partners would either have connections to organisations in any business sectors who have a wellbeing strategy at their core and are looking to implement this or alternatively the partner companies that are looking for an online solution to deliver healthy living concept to either companies for employee schemes or alternatively for individuals collaboration would be either through a licensing agreement or commercial agreement with technical assistance.
The company has developed its own unique video based modular programme covering 7 different subject areas including diet, exercise, mental health/mindfulness, sleep, post-natal exercise, financial wellbeing, and retirement.
The platform is easy to use and navigate into the different subject areas.
It has a chatbot assistant on the website to enable people to correctly identify their needs and steer them to the appropriate page resource.
All of the anonymised usage data flows into a separate platform called Dash HR, where HR managers and company owners can look at snapshot analytics and onboard/manage employees.
It is ideal for remote working in a Covid-19 related environment.
