The Russian company is looking for technologies for processing steel cord obtained in the process of recycling used car tires into products. The company is ready to consider any proposals from technology manufacturers and to conclude a supplier agreement.
The Russian company from the city of Novosibirsk was founded in 2012. At the moment, the company is a major manufacturer of steel cord from recycled tires. The production uses modern technologies adapted to the Russian and foreign climate. The company has its own raw materials and production base. The Russian company produces steel cord by separating valuable steel components from the rubber compound during a two-stage crushing of tires into crumbs. Most often in production tires are used on the all-metal cord, as they are very easy to process, as a result of which, metal is trapped by magnets in separators. The Russian company is looking for foreign manufacturers of equipment for the metal cord to conclude supplier agreements. As a result of this agreement, the European partner will have to provide a description of the technology, a list of equipment to be agreed with the Russian company, and supply this equipment under the terms of the contract. The Russian company is looking for new partners to improve the quality of its products and also to speed up the production process.
- Type of partner sought: The Russian company is ready to purchase special European equipment that allows it to process metal cord into products (razors, hardware, drawing millets, cutting machines). Products must be certified for free use in Russia. The required equipment should process 5000 tons of steel cord per year.
- Specific area of activity of the partner: Type of partner: SME, large companies, manufacturing plants
Role of partners: The European partner will have to manufacture and supply equipment to the Russian company for the production of steel cord products.
